Welcome to Tamarack Hollow Farm's website. Since 2002 we have specialized in producing "pastured meats of the highest quality." That line was on our first labels and came straight from our original mission statement. It remains the benchmark for our production goals today. Over the years we have learned lessons that have have helped refine the process of meeting our goals.
The five points people really care about are:
Exceptional Taste
The meats we produce have quality marbelling, a dark red color, superior tenderness and a slightly sweet, succulent flavor. Truely, no one else does it better.
Pastured quality animals raised on pasture are given freedom of movement, freedom to socialize and access to the high quality forage that sets our meats apart.
